In addition, Joe is a Change Management & Strategy Consultant, a Certified Predictive Index Talent Optimization Consultant, and an Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner. Joe has also obtained an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Level II Advanced Certification in Personal & Executive Coaching (ACPEC), and a Certification in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0 & EQ360) from the College of Executive Coaching.
